Baked Tilapia with Green Beans

Ingredients
Amounts are for 4 household servings. Sodium model: 1/2 tsp table salt per serving (not added as an ingredient line).
- 1 2/3 lb tilapia fillets
- 1 1/3 lb green beans, trimmed
- 1 1/3 lemon, sliced
- 2 2/3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 1/3 tbsp avocado oil
- salt, to taste
- black pepper, to taste
- paprika, to taste
Allergens: fish
Grab first: Trimmed green beans (bagged), frozen or fresh tilapia fillets ready to bake
Directions
- Heat oven to 400°F.
- Toss green beans with half the avocado oil, salt, and pepper on a sheet pan.
- Pat tilapia dry. Season with salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic. Place on the pan with lemon slices. Drizzle remaining oil.
- Bake 12–15 minutes until fish flakes and beans are tender.
- Serve immediately.
