Ingredients

Amounts are for 4 household servings. Sodium model: 1/2 tsp table salt per serving (not added as an ingredient line).

  • 1 1/3 lb ground turkey
  • 2 2/3 medium zucchini, sliced
  • 1 1/3 cups cherry tomatoes
  • 1 1/3 tbsp avocado oil
  • dried thyme, to taste
  • garlic powder, to taste
  • salt and black pepper, to taste
  • shredded parmesan, for the table

Grab first: Pre-shredded Parmesan, pint of cherry tomatoes, ground turkey, Zucchini sliced at home is fast enough

Directions

  1. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high.
  2. Brown turkey with salt, pepper, thyme, and garlic powder.
  3. Add zucchini and cherry tomatoes; cook until zucchini is tender and tomatoes soften, about 6–8 minutes.
  4. Serve with shredded parmesan at the table.
